User Authentication

Cogniac CloudCore supports username and password authentication for web and mobile app based access as well as API Key based authentication for programmatic access.

TOTP multi factor authentication can also be enabled on a per-user basis for increased account security. This works with all common mobile authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, LastPass Authenticator, and Authy.

SAML authentication is supported for CloudCore Enterprise tier customers. SAML users will be redirected to their organisation's access management provider's(e.g, Okta) page once they enter their email in Cogniac's login page. Once they complete login using the access management provider's site, they will be redirected to the web-app.

An optional password expiration policy can be configured on a per-tenant basis when required.
